Here’s how it works: You watch all of this course (currently over 50 videos). You absorb Keenan’s knowledge. You get answers to the questions you have + the ones you didn’t even know existed. You take them to training and start implementing them. You understand jiu jitsu better, so you’re seeing improvement. You love training for the sake of the challenge and because you love to learn. You love jiu jitsu, so you keep showing up for a year or two. You get your purple belt.
We recommend also watching the white belt course BEFORE watching the blue belt course, even if you’re a blue belt.
