What are your prices?

I saw the pricing page but I still don’t understand how it works.

There are two memberships: A $24.99/month recurring membership billed every 30 days, and $239.99/year recurring membership that is billed every 365 days and includes the original 2014 Worm Guard DVD as a digital download.

When will I be billed?

The monthly subscription is billed every 30 days and the annual subscription is billed every 365 days.

Is the membership recurring?

Yes, once you sign up the membership will automatically renew until you cancel.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime by going to https://keenanonline.com/pause-or-cancel-your-subscription/ or by contacting us. Your membership will continue until and you will remain active until the end of the billing cycle and then will not renew.

How can I manage my subscription?

What happens if my card expires?

I’ve canceled my subscription but I’m still getting billed. Why?

Be sure to cancel through https://keenanonline.com/pause-or-cancel-your-subscription/ , check that you have not signed up with multiple emails, and to email us at info@keenanonline.com

I don’t have a debit/credit card. Can I still sign up?

Yes, we accept PayPal payments for the yearly subscription only.

I’d like to restart my membership how can I do this?

Is there an app?

Not yet, but we are building one. ETA: 2 months

Can I download the videos on Keenan Online?

To combat piracy, we currently do not allow the videos to be downloaded, but this feature will be available with the app.

Can I search for videos?

Yes, you can search for videos on the member’s dashboard and also from the main menu, by clicking the icon on the top right section of the screen.

The videos are being blocked. Why?

Sometimes there can be a plugin embedded in your browser the blocks Vimeo. Be sure this is disabled. Some countries, like Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China to name a few block Vimeo 🙁 We recommend using a VPN service (NordVPN or TunnelBear for example).

The videos are taking a long time to load/ not play

Unfortunately there isn’t much we can do on our end for a slow connection, except to offer a few suggestions: try lowering the quality of the video, resetting your device, trying multiple network connections(wifi/cellular), trying multiple browsers, trying multiple devices.

Does Keenan Online include belt testing?

No, Keenan does not award ranks through the website. Keenan Online is only intended to expose you to techniques and concepts you might otherwise not have access to.

Can I watch from multiple screens?

Yes, you can use your account from multiple screens at the same time. Just don’t share your accounts with friends, they’ll probably watch it more than you and smash you.

My username/password isn’t being recognized.

Both username and password are case sensitive.


Do you offer a free trial?

No, due to the fact that we have a few sample videos on keenanonline.com/sample-pack/ , and regularly post free content on Keenan’s youtube channel and the keenanonline instagram, we don’t offer a free trial.

Are there any discounts for Keenan Online?

At the moment there are no discounts. We do a Black Friday sale. That’s about it, we don’t like to devalue our product.

Do I get access to all content with the monthly subscription?

Yes, the only difference in content between the memberships is that the yearly subscription comes with the 2014 Worm Guard DVD.

Does it matter what belt I am?

No, any belt can learn from all of the techniques on Keenan Online.

I’m an experience upper belt. Should I still watch the lower belt courses?

Yes, even if you’re a seasoned grappler you will find new details, and old details presented in new ways even at the White Belt Survival Course.

Are the courses finished?

Not yet. We will build coursed for each belt level, white-black and then continue to add to them as we see fit.

Can I make content requests?

Absolutely. Keep in mind however that between all of the requests, the content Keenan himself wants to film, and Keenan’s busy schedule, it may take time for the content you requested to make it on the website.

Can you upload all footage of Keenan competing?

Most footage is owned by FloGrappling, so we cannot upload their content.

I’m a much older, inexperienced, casual jiu-jiteiro. Is Keenan Online still worth getting?

Absolutely. Anyone of any rank, age, and experience level can learn from Keenan Online.

Lapel Encyclopedia

Is the Lapel Encyclopedia included with Keenan Online?

Only the first chapter is included, but Keenan Online members get a $50 discount.
